Calzones on the Fly

I have been trying to eat healthier, while Chris just wants to eat.  This recipe is perfect for both of us, especially when neither of us feel like cooking after a long day at work. 

Pita Calzones

Ingredients

Whole Wheat Pitas
Spaghetti Sauce
Cheese
Veggies
Pepperoni/ Sausage






1.  Slice the pita, leaving a good sized hole in the top.   
2.  Stuff with the goods.

My pita included:  yellow squash, zucchini, fresh basil, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, 3 slices of pepperoni and a pinch or two of fat-free mozzarella cheese

The Man Pita included:  Lots of full fat cheese, lots of pepperoni, lots of banana peppers, and a dash of fresh basil

3.  Bake at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes
4.  Enjoy!
